A CIRCLE OF CARE WITH SANGEETA & KERIM
For my offering at the House of Love and Prayer, I wish to create a Circle of Care — a sacred container for deep rest, presence, and collective healing. In these turbulent times, this space will be a living prayer for peace, inside and out — a sanctuary of breath, movement, sound, and stillness. My practices are rooted in slowness and presence. I will offer gentle, grounding yoga to help us arrive in our bodies, followed by a sound journey — a vibrational medicine for the nervous system and the soul. We will weave silence and ritual with intention, inviting not only individual reflection but a felt sense of collective resonance. Together, we will co-create a prayer: for peace, for collective liberation, and for the remembrance of our interconnectedness.
This evening is open to all bodies, all hearts — no experience is necessary, only a willingness to soften and be. May this be a space of refuge and remembrance.

House of Love & Prayer with Sangeeta
In the midst of a world in turmoil, we warmly invite you to the HOUSE OF LOVE AND PRAYER. We believe that prayer and connection can heal us and transform the world – not by turning away from it, but by meeting it with open eyes and open hearts.
