KraftTanz – Embodying Power
Through various connection and movement exercises as well as practices inspired by the Haka, we will open a safe and mindful space to step into our primal power. The Haka is the ritual dance of the Maori, the native people of New Zealand. It consists of a sequence of physical movements and spoken words that are chanted and performed together. During this dance we call upon primal energies and our deep inner strength to come into expression.
